   I usually just mix up 5 grams of the powder and throw it in my water bottle. Couple of slurps and you are good to go. Took about a week and a half to start seeing a fuller looking muscle with improved strength benefits. Doesn’t have a flavor so it is very easy to drink, showed strength gains, showed a nice pump during lifts, and worked fairly fast.
